Mahj 101

The School of Mahj teaches American mahjong in a 2-class series that begins with this introductory class. In our beginner-friendly Mahj 101 session, you’ll learn the core mechanics of the game in preparation for learning American Mahjong-specifics in Mahj 102. Bring your curiosity and leave with a new favorite pastime! Our 101 and 102 public classes are offered at 1861 Distillery in Thomasville, Georgia, but we also offer in-home private classes for groups of friends who want to learn how to play together.
